{"id":1183,"date":"2021-09-04T12:56:44","date_gmt":"2021-09-04T19:26:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iexe.edu.mx\/?p=1183"},"modified":"2023-04-19T15:57:34","modified_gmt":"2023-04-19T22:27:34","slug":"que-es-el-derecho-ambiental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iexe.edu.mx\/gobierno\/que-es-el-derecho-ambiental\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Derecho Ambiental?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"texto-principal\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El derecho ambiental es una disciplina aut\u00f3noma, estudia el conjunto de normas y principios que regulan las conductas humanas para lograr el equilibrio entre el hombre y el entorno al que pertenece, con el fin de alcanzar el desarrollo sostenible. Tiene como objetivos proteger el ambiente, evitar la contaminaci\u00f3n y preservar tanto la biodiversidad como los recursos naturales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta disciplina es extremadamente joven, tanto en la doctrina como en lo normativo, por lo que en ocasiones es rebasado por la realidad. En M\u00e9xico, la normatividad est\u00e1 alineada a tratados internacionales, sin embargo, en las leyes, normas y reglamentos, podemos encontrar omisiones, reiteraciones y contradicciones. Otros problemas a los que se enfrenta el derecho ambiental es en la aplicaci\u00f3n de multas, las cuales no corresponden a lo estipulado, as\u00ed como la alta burocracia para solicitar permisos, ya que los tr\u00e1mites son engorrosos, confusos y caros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La suma de las problem\u00e1ticas anteriores provocan el desarrollo de actividades que van en detrimento del medio ambiente, entre las m\u00e1s redituables est\u00e1n: el mercado negro en el que se comercializan especies, especialmente tortugas, iguanas, serpientes y pericos; y la tala ilegal de \u00e1rboles que, se estima, corresponde al 70% de la madera que se consume a nivel nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El derecho ambiental es una disciplina aut\u00f3noma, estudia el conjunto de normas y principios que regulan las conductas humanas para lograr el equilibrio entre el hombre y el entorno al que pertenece&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":4958,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[]},"categories":[57],"tags":[45,229,69,221],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Derecho Ambiental?
